FEES/RATES: Fees and rates are based on each guests per night stay. We have five (5) rooms ranging in size from 6’x 8’ to 7’x 9’. Webcam services have been suspended due to non-use. $35.00/night
Double Occupancy:
$60 ($30 each)
Triple Occupancy:
$84 ($28 each)
Quadruple Occupancy:
$100 ($25. each)

(FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY)
Single occupancy:
$40.00/night
Double Occupancy:
$70 ($40 each)
Triple Occupancy:
$90 ($30 each)
Quadruple Occupancy:
$110 ($27.50 each)
HOLIDAY RATES
Includes two (2) nights -
(one (1) before and one (1) after the scheduled legal holiday)
Total of three (3) nights

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in is 12:00 p.m. or after. Check out is 3:00 p.m. or as scheduled. A minimal "Extended Stay" cost of $5 per hour per guest before or after those times will be incurred.




DAYS AND HOURS: Monday through Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. This center is not a daycare for anyone other than the guests registered for short or long term boarding.



DAMAGE: We do not anticipate that damage will occur, but should it happen, the following rates apply:;
Rugs: $10 Beds:$10 - $80
Mattress: $20 - $125 Bed cover: $10 - $40


MEDICAL ATTENTION:    We utilize the service of Dr. Ronald Hamilton, DVM, located on Linebaugh and Countryway Blvd.  We will take you pet to this location.  We will use the Power of Attorney for medical needs only.  Any costs incurred by  “Just Like Home” Pet Hotel that are paid to the Vet will be the responsibility of the owner and must be paid upon check-out.  A transportation fee of $15 per trip is charged to the owner if the pet is taken to the veterinarian.

CANCELLATIONS:  During holiday and peak time a deposit  equal to 2 nights stay will be required.  This deposit will be deducted from the boarding costs at the time of check-out.  Customers who “no show” or do not cancel within 5 days of arrival date forfeit that deposit.
